1. Booking and Payment

• A place is secured only once full payment has been received.
• If paying in instalments, the full balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the class start date.
• Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• More than 4 weeks before the first session: 75% refund
• 2–4 weeks before the first session: 50% refund
• Less than 2 weeks before the first session: no refund (unless in exceptional circumstances)

If you need to cancel due to illness or emergency, JD will aim to offer an alternative date or a full refund (excluding any non-refundable deposit, where applicable).

3. Rescheduling

• One reschedule may be offered for private sessions if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Missed group sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Venue Details

• Group Classes: Held at a hired venue. JD provides a clean and safe environment.
• Private Home Classes: Clients must provide a quiet, safe space. JD may leave if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and participate respectfully.
• Inform JD of any medical or physical concerns that may affect participation.
• For home sessions, ensure pets are managed and suitable seating space is available.

6. Confidentiality and Conduct

• All shared personal information is treated as strictly confidential.
• Abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Medical Disclaimer

These classes are for education and preparation only and do not replace individual medical advice or clinical care. Clients should follow guidance from their healthcare team.

8. Materials and Copyright

Any materials provided are for personal use only and must not be copied, recorded or shared without permission.

9. Photography and Recording

• No audio or video recording is permitted during sessions.
• Photos taken during sessions may be used for marketing purposes unless you notify JD in writing before the course.

10. Insurance and Liability

JD is fully insured to provide antenatal education. JD is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage unless caused by negligence.
