Terms and Conditions

A place is only book with full payment been received.
If paying in instalments the full balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the class start date.
Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.

Cancellations more than 4 weeks before the first session: 75% refund.
Cancellations 2–4 weeks before: 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 2 weeks before: No refund (unless in exceptional circumstances).
If you need to cancel (e.g. due to illness or emergency), an alternative date will be offered or a full refund provided./ excluded deposit/

One reschedule may be allowed for private sessions if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed group sessions cannot be refunded.

Group Classes: Held at a hired venue. JD is responsible for providing a clean, safe environment.
Private Home Classes: Clients must provide a quiet, safe space for the session. JD reserves the right to leave if the environment is not appropriate (e.g. unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated individuals present).

Clients are expected to arrive on time and participate respectfully.
Inform JD of any health, physical l concerns that may affect participation.
For home sessions, ensure pets are managed and space is available for sitting comfortably.

All shared personal information is kept confidential.
Any abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

These classes are for education and preparation only and are not a substitute for individual medical advice or care.
Clients are advised to follow guidance from obstetric team.

Any class materials provided (handouts, slides, videos) are for personal use only and must not be copied or shared without permission.

No video or audio recording is allowed during sessions
By attending the antenatal classes, you agree that any photos taken during the sessions may be used strictly for marketing purposes, including publication on my website and social media platforms. These images will always be used respectfully and professionally to represent the atmosphere and spirit of the classes. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please let me know in writing before the start of the course.

JD is fully insured to provide antenatal education. However, JD is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the session, unless caused by negligence.
